At My Smart Wardrobe, we take pride in providing high-quality repair, restoration, tailoring, and cleaning services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every item is handled with care and professionalism. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.


Eligibility for Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed services due to the bespoke and labor-intensive nature of our work. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Not Performed: If you are charged for a service that was not performed, completed or initiated, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Defective Workmanship:in the event that an item is  is damaged during the repair/restoration process due to negligence solely proven to be attributable to us,, we shall, at our sole discretion either:
    • Offer a complimentary redo of the service, or
    • Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
      (Note: Proof of damage caused by our services is required.)
  3. Late Cancellations by Us: If we are unable to complete the requested service within the agreed timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances and you no longer wish to proceed, a full refund equal to the payment you made will be provided.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once a service has been initiated or completed.
  • Damage After Service: Issues or damages incurred after the item was delivered.
  • Expected Wear and Tear: Results that align with the limitations of repair/restoration, such as color fading or structural constraints on older items.
  • Third-Party Services: Refunds cannot be issued for services outsourced to third-party vendors, such as specialized cobblers or dry cleaners following any repair done initially by My Smart Wardrobe.

 

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at orders@mysmartwardrobe.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

Resolution Options

Depending on the outcome of your request, we may offer:

  • A complimentary redo of the service.
  • A credit for future services.
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
