Our Story

At the heart of My Smart Wardrobe is Rana Moughabghab Saab, a former corporate professional with over 17 years of experience in marketing and communications. Having spent nearly 14 years with the United Nations, Rana cultivated a deep understanding of creating meaningful impact. However, toward the end of her corporate journey, she realized she wanted more—a purpose-driven endeavor that combined her lifelong passion for fashion with her commitment to environmental sustainability.

From a young age, Rana was known as the "resourceful one". Friends and family turned to her for advice on tailoring, restoring leather, and fixing accessories—a skill she credits to her resourceful mother, who had an innate talent for creatively enhancing any outfit.

This knack for garment care and love for fashion inspired Rana to create a service that caters to individuals who want to preserve their favorite pieces, and give them new life, hassle-free.

Recognizing the lack of accessibility to high-quality after-care services in Lebanon, especially for luxury items, Rana launched My Smart Wardrobe in May 2024, as a one stop shop for everything fashion after-care repairs, alterations, cleaning, and more.

Driven by the belief that every item has a story worth continuing and that caring for what we own helps preserve the environment, Rana champions fashion circularity and through My Smart Wardrobe contributes to four Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Her mission is deeply personal: to encourage people to value what they own, reduce overconsumption, and embrace a more sustainable approach to fashion.
